This interesting structure is an enigma as it strongly resembles a storm shelter or a root cellar.  There is a window in the back and I have not seen a storm shelter or root cellar with a window. Also, I have not seen a calaboose partly beneath the ground like this but it remains a suspicious structure until further notice.
