Nixon

Nixon copy

While returning from an archaeological project in Zapata, Texas Rhonda took a detour through Nixon and spied a door with metal bars.  On the side to the right of the door are two windows with metal bars.  Looking through them we saw a metal cell and two small rooms.  The front door opens to a hallway with the cell on the left.  On the right, the first room was probably an office and the second room was a bathroom.  This building is so close to a larger one behind it that it appears to be attached.  It is obvious that they were constructed separately.  This particular calaboose represents a new floor plan and as soon as I have a drawing of it I will post it as well. The floor plan has not been identified.  (see Floor Plans).
